To access LibStream, go to http://libstream.tulsacc.edu:4444/libstream/.

Username: staff

Password: TCClibrary

After logging in, selecting Scheduler on the next screen will take you to this screen.  

This screen will show you the barcodes, title, and current status of each streaming video. The current status is whether the videos is published or unpublished. 

1. Schedule:  This will take you to the Scheduling screen, where you can enter dates to publish and/or unpublish a video.

2. 4 hr: A one-click way to publish a video for 4 hours.

3. 1 day: A one-click way to publish a video for 1 day. 

• Select the action you wish to schedule--Publish or Unpublish.
• Enter the date and time you wish the action to take place.
• Add the action. 
• Your action will appear at the top, where all scheduled actions are shown.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Some videos, such as the Whaley & Wongs Pediatric Nursing Video series, will only stay published for 2 weeks, regardless of the Unpublish date you add.
