Adding Item Notes

IMPORTANT: The default note type in Discover Items is Public, not Staff. If you are placing a note that should not be seen by the public, be certain you have changed the note type to staff. 

Though WMS records the name of the staff who entered the note and the date the note was entered, if someone later modifies the note that information changes. For this reason, always record your campus, initials, and date with every note.

Removing Item Notes
