The system that the TCC Library uses to handle daily operations is called WorldShare Management Services (WMS). It is a cloud-based system operating within a web browser, so it can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. Since it runs completely within a browser, you will need to bookmark the WMS url so you can access it quickly.
The site to bookmark is: https://tulsacommunitycollege-library.share.worldcat.org/wms/
You can also access WMS from the MyTCC Employee page under Procedures & Tools in the Quick Links box.
When you follow the link to our WMS site, you will be prompted to log in with your MyTCC credentials.
The first time you log in to WMS, you will be asked to select the appropriate branch (i.e. campus). Once you have done so you'll also want to make sure the box marked "Make selected branch the default for this workstation" is checked.
To access the primary circulation functions of WMS, you'll need to click on the Circulation tab.
Also make note of the two dropdown menus in the upper right corner of your screen. The Need Help? menu gives you access to WorldShare's built in help function, OCLC's support email address, and the OCLC Community Center. From the menu under your name, you can change your current branch, language, and password, or log out.
