WMS Procedures Manual: Assist Patrons

The Assist Patrons menu allows you to access Patron Records in WMS Circulation.

From here you can look up patron records so you can check items out, add notes, place holds, handle fines and more.

You can look up a patron record by scanning their ID or typing their ID number (starting with a capital T) in the box labeled Enter barcode.

If you don't know the patron's ID number you can search by name, barcode, address, or postal code in the box labeled Search.
