SNAP Updates

⚠️ Important Update: Changes to SNAP Benefits

Many students are affected by recent changes to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). If you currently receive SNAP benefits, it’s important to stay informed about how these changes may impact you.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • If you have questions or concerns about your SNAP benefits, contact the Oklahoma Department of Human Services (DHS) for the most up-to-date information.
  • Many local grocery stores continue to honor Double Up Food Bucks incentives — this means you can stretch your SNAP dollars even further when buying fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • For additional community food support, reach out to the Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma for information about food pantries and local resources in your area.

TCC students can also get support directly on campus:

  • Visit the Fuel Pantry once per week for free groceries and food items. Fuel Pantry’s are in the Student Life office at each of the 4 primary TCC campuses—NE, SE, Metro & West.
  • Contact the TCC Student Help Hub for a downloadable list of food pantries and community resources near you. To make an appointment:
  • Call: 918-595-8211
  • Email: helphub@tulsacc.edu
  • Office: Northeast campus 3727 E Apache St, Tulsa Ok 74115
