Fermentation Lab (Face-to-Face Students)

Purpose: The activities in this lab will help you understand how yeast break down glucose in the fermentation process.

The lab assignment aligns with the following Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs):

  • CLO 2: Apply the scientific methodology to the study of life and natural phenomena.
  • CLO 3: Explain the biochemical processes of life.
