Register here for tickets for the Virtual 5K
Complete a 5k anytime and anywhere! Sign-up until September 30 and you’ll have until October 31 to complete your 5k – walk it, jog it, or both! Just for registering, you will get a free swag bag that can be picked up at Metro Campus between October 19 and October 31. Also, by submitting proof of completing your 5k (selfie at a 5k, pic of your watch or treadmill, etc.) you have a chance to win some amazing prizes!
Drawing will be held the first week of November. Winners will be notified via email; 1 winner per prize.

Row House South Tulsa -- 1 free month of unlimited classes
Stretch Lab -- 1 25 min and 1 50 min stretch sessions
