Brush up on your study skills with these great resources.
Give yourself a good headstart! These common sense guidelines can help put you in the right frame of mind for your test:
1. Get a good night's sleep. Go easy on the caffine the night before your test, and avoid electronics that emit light like computers. Lighting Research Center studies show that exposure to backlit electronic devices for periods of 2 hours can suppress melatotin.
2. Eat breakfast. Its hard to concentrate when you're hungry.
3. Arrive on time or early to give yourself a chance to settle in for the test.
4. Review sample questions for the test you will be taking and practice, practice, practice! Sample questions are often available on the test website, and there are many questions linked here in this guide.
