Please note that there is a difference in how instructors require students to cite information taken from the Gale reference titles. It is best to check with your own instructor.

General guidelines:

Example of a citation from a Gale reference title:

Oktenberg, Adrian T. "Revolutionary Contradictions." Poetry for Students. Vol. 30. Detroit: Gale, 2009. 77-96. Print.

Citing Databases:

EbscoHost databases provide citation information on search result page. See sample in MagillOn Literature Plus.

Note the symbols. A mouse-over reveals a symbol for "cite this article". Select MLA format from list.
