Workflows for CDL

What does CDL look like for our library patrons?/the public?

When searching the catalog, our patrons will know if there is a CDL ebook version of the material after clicking on a result (here is an example).

Patrons can then email the Access Services Office for access and we will begin the process of sending them a link with a due date (see "Document Delivery of CDL Materials" tab). 

OR 

If patrons place an ILL for the material, and the material if flagged as held (as already happens with our materials when our patrons request them via ILL), we can manually begin the above process/suggest this resource to them of our own initiative (see "Document Delivery of CDL Materials" tab).
