TCC Library Knowledge Management Guide

Project Overview: We will assess students' ability to evaluate online resources for authority and accuracy through an application-based assignment. We plan to collect at least three pieces of data to help determine a correlation of success: a student pre-test, rubric scores from the assigned project, and a post-test. For anecdotal support, we also plan to survey a representative group of students to get more in-depth responses about library instruction and if/how they use what they learned outside of Academic Strategies. 

Refined Outcome: First-year students participating in face-to-face library instruction will effectively evaluate online sources for authority and accuracy to complete an assigned paper or project.
