In October of 2021, Tulsa Community College was awarded the distinguished $2.25M Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) Grant to target at-risk students and provide a comprehensive foundation of support.

The U.S. Department of Education’s SIP Grants are designed to assist higher education institutions by expanding their ability to serve low income students.  Funds are used to improve and strengthen academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability.
