Computer Support Specialists

TCC Library's Computer Support Specialists are available to help TCC students, staff, and faculty with computer-related issues that cannot be addressed by the Student Support Center.

What can a Computer Support Specialist help you with?

  • Connecting a personal device to TCC's wireless network
  • Downloading and installing software
  • Troubleshooting personal device issues
  • Assistance with Hotspot and Laptop Loan Program (HLLP) devices
  • Submitting online assignments
  • Transferring files to and from a USB flash drive
  • Uploading files to Microsoft OneDrive or other cloud service
  • Assistance with basic computer tasks and Windows operating system
  • Assistance with Microsoft Office 365 programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Device buying guidance and resources
