Blind Book Date
Blind Book Date, which encourages leisure reading by matching participants with a book based on self-described interests, is one of the Library's most popular annual events. Shown below is Dr. Gibson touting the book selected just for him.
The Library plans events throughout the year to engage with students. Here are a few examples:
- September: Banned Books Week
- December & May: Stress Free Zones and Canines and Coffee
- January - February: Blind Book Date
- April: The Big Read; Louder Than A Bomb - University Edition
Watch The Week for details about these events and more!
Do you have an idea for an event or activity and need some help to make it happen? The library welcomes ideas and opportunities to collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments around the college. Contact your subject liaison or any librarian on your campus to get started!
