This form as shown is embedded in this web page.  It can also be a pop up box activated by a button on the page or along the right or left side.

The text in this box can be changed, as well as the text in the box where they type and the button text (where they click).  Once they finish typing and hit ENTER or click on the FAQ button, it will take them right to the IR&A FAQ page.  Try it out!

I was hoping that this would make possible matches pop up, so they could view the answer without leaving your web page, but apparently, it doesn't work quite like that.  :(

This is the widget that is popping out from the right side of the page.  (See button on the right.) The text on the button and the text that pops up can be changed.
